You can buy iPhone on Apple site, or at AT&T, or at Verizon.
Verizon wants $35 and AT&T wants $18 activation fees.
Verizon show ship date as 2011-10-28. AT&T shows ship date as 1-2 weeks.
Total phone cost is $199.99 + $40.56 = $240.55 in Massachusetts.
The only reasonable Verizon options are $40 voice plus $30 data plan ($70 month)
AT&T allows much more flexible $40 voice with rollover plus $15 data for 200 MB ($55 month).
Verizon will charge exuberant fees if you go over, but AT&T will just charge you another $15 for next 200 MB.
The only problem, I still want Verizon, because of the signal strength.
What do you think?
But 16GB black iPhones are not available right now. Both AT&T and Verizon have only 32GB WHITEs. You are right, online shipping dates are end of October.
But Apple store does have 16GB Blacks in store. I will go higher only if there is a simple way to use all that space to backup my files and directories from Windows server.
Is there?
