Symptoms:
You recently moved your WP (3.3.1) to a W2K R2 server, and now you can’t upload images. You are getting this error message:
Failed to upload due to an error:
The uploaded file could not be moved to ...
Solution:
Forget for a second about permissions on folder wp-contentuploads.
Instead, concentrate and fix permissions on folder wp_content.
