    Finally I found how to add proper security principal to a directory that will hold SQL 2012 Server data.

    When you edit security on an existing file of folder, make sure your are adding this user name with full rights:

     

    NT Service\MSSQL$INSTANCE

     

    where INSTANCE is the name of your SQL instance
