Excel has a habit of converting emails into links. This conversion uses strange font and a strange size. The entire column looks ugly and out of place.
When you finally fed up and ready to fix the problem, do this:
-01- Copy any cell text cell with a good format;
-02- Highlight entire email column;
-03- Right-mouse click –> Paste Special –> Formats.
